Chinese tech company Oppo has launched a new cheap 5G smartphone Oppo A5 in the Indian market on Saturday (June 21). The phone has features like MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor, 8GB RAM, 6000mAh battery and 50MP camera. The smartphone has been introduced with 2 variants. Its base model 6GB RAM + 128GB storage is priced at Rs 15,499 and the variant with 8GB RAM + 128GB memory is priced at Rs 16,999. The phone is available in Mist White and Aurora Green colors. Features like AI Eraser 2.0 The phone has many artificial intelligence (AI) features like AI Eraser 2.0 to remove unwanted objects, AI Clarity Enhancer to bring details in blurry photos and AI Smart Image Matting 2.0 to edit elements from photos. Apart from this, it has an ultra volume mode, which can increase audio up to 300%. The smartphone has a 360-degree armor body. It is IP65 rated water and dust resistant. ABS plastic has been used in the phone, which gives it 160% better impact resistance and has passed military-grade testing. The size of the phone is 7.60 x 0.79 x 16.57CM and weighs 194 grams.
